General Information
What services do you offer?
We specialize in architectural, interior, and real estate photography, as well as aerial and drone photography.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area includes Charlotte NC, Columbia SC, Wilmington NC, Raleigh NC, Asheville NC, Charleston SC and Savannah GA, but I’m available for travel worldwide.
Do you photograph residential or commercial properties?
Both! We have experience photographing both residential and commercial properties, including residential home builds and remodels, offices, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and industrial facilities. I have also worked on photography photography for the hospitality and travel/tourism industry including hotels, restaurants and bars, and high end vacation rental homes.

How do I book a photoshoot?

How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! If you have an idea of when the build on new construction or remodel will be completed, reach out to book your photoshoot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled shoot or may be subject to a change fee. If your photo shoot requires specific weather considerations, that will be taken into account and we will accommodate as necessary.
Preparation and Process
How should I prepare my property for a photoshoot?
Ensure spaces are clean, clutter-free, with everything in place. Many of our clients hire an interior photo stylist to help style the rooms for a shoot.
How long does a typical photoshoot take?
Depending on the size and complexity of the property, a typical day long shoot can last up to 6 hours.
Do you offer staging or styling services?
While we do not provide staging, we can recommend professional interior photography stylists or work with your existing arrangements.
Post-Production and Delivery
When will I receive the photos?
You can expect to receive your gallery 7 days after your photoshoot. Once you make your final image selects, you can expect them to be perfected within a week.
How will I receive the photos?
Photos are delivered via a secure online gallery or download link.
Do you provide retouching services?
Yes, all images are professionally edited to ensure high quality. Additional retouching requests can be accommodated for a fee.
Pricing and Payment
What are your rates?
Our pricing depends on the scope of the project. Contact us for a personalized quote.
A typical photo shoot that results in 12 licensed photographs is 1900.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and checks. Paypal and credit cards will incur a 3% convenience fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
What licensing do you offer with your photography?
All of your image selects are delivered with a full perennial license that includes all print and web advertising. Your license is non transferrable and non exclusive. Feel free to reach out for clarifications.
Do you offer cost sharing between interested parties?
Yes! This is a great opportunity to share the cost of your photoshoot with other parties that were involved in the project and are interested in receiving licensed images for their own use. Cost sharing adds 30% per party and is divided equally among parties involved. Participating parties are invoiced separately.

Yes, we offer drone photography and can capture aerial views of your property.
Do you work with real estate agents or developers?
Yes, we collaborate with agents, developers, investors, interior design firms and architects to meet their specific needs.
